Aladdin Knowledge Systems to Acquire the SafeWord Product Line from Secure Computing Aladdin Knowledge Systems, the global leader in USB-based strong authentication and password management solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire SafeWord Identity and Access Management solutions from Secure Computing Corporation. This transaction is subject to certain closing requirements and is expected to close at the end of August. The SafeWord acquisition is an exciting opportunity for both companies. SafeWord is well known as the one-time-password solution for leading remote access products from Citrix, Cisco, Microsoft and other vendors.
